MG100 movable acoustic wall system installed at a community church to create flexible multi-use spaces. The top-hung panels allow a single member of staff to divide the main hall for simultaneous activities — from children's groups to congregation meetings — without technical knowledge or tools.
01 — The Design Challenge
What problem needed solving?
The community church needed to make better use of its main hall, which could only be used for one activity at a time. Different groups — children's activities, youth groups, congregation meetings and social events — all needed to use the space, but noise from one activity made simultaneous use impractical.
